During his 20 years with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department as Reserve Captain\, he completed specialist training from the Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) on terrorist investigations\, and became a member of the Open Source Intelligence Team (OSINT). He attained a bachelor of arts degree and a Juris Doctorate degree\, is a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Bar Association\, and a former Master Teacher for the University of Phoenix. Jim has presented domestic terrorism to numerous political groups\, business associations\, community based organizations\, schools\, and businesses. This includes active shooter training for thousands of individuals both in and out of the workplace. Jim has been featured in newspapers\, radio\, and now has his own radio show on Sundays-LA Talk Radio.
