She is also an advocate for women in the tech industry\, and actively mentors on the Plato and WEST platforms. Jossie started Women at Siri\, and leads the Women at Tile employee resource group\, and mentorship program.\n\n \n\n \n\nFacilitating the largest Lean In circle in Northern California allows Myra to indulge in two of her passions at once: Help women to increase their self-confidence\, and give back to her community. Her dynamism and warmth create a safe\, supportive environment for the group\, where the members can help each other become more confident and successful.\n\nMyra is an Operations Manager\, literally working with rocket scientists to develop next-generation optical payloads.
