This program will feature a discussion with two Baker McKenzie Partners on the most recent APAC updates including:

• Cyber-security, encryption and increased restriction in China.
• U.S. trade developments in relation to trade in strategic goods and technologies with India
• APAC Export control update, focusing on Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines
• China's rising influence in Asian trade policy
• Asian views regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership
• Changes in the semi-conductor industry between the U.S. and China and other key trade developments in China
• "Trump on Trade" as it pertains to trans-pacific trade

Location:  Dynasty Seafood Restaurant @ Vallco Mall 10123 N. Wolfe Rd. #1688 Cupertino, CA 95014

Directions: Enter the Vallco Mall at the Wolfe Rd / Vallco Parkway entrance. This is next to the AMC Movie Theater. As you drive into the mall, go straight down into the short tunnel and stay right. Immediately at the end of the tunnel make a right turn. There are no signs or arrows to Dynasty. It looks like a back entrance but it takes you to the closest entrance to Dynasty. After making that right turn, follow the driveway past the AMC Theater Mall Entrance and around the parking circle. You will pass Mall Entrance J (Dynasty's entrance) on your right which is where you enter the mall after parking to get to the restaurant. If there is no parking in the small circle, continue around to the underground lot which will be on the right after you have passed Entrance J. Once you park in the lot, walk back to Entrance J. Enter at J and walk down the hall and across the lobby to Dynasty. Once you enter Dynasty the event will be in the Banquet Hall which is down the hall, at the rear of the restaurant.  

Registration: $55 - Member; $75 Non-Member; Corp. Table of 8: $325.00 Student Rate $15.00 (must be a current student with a student id). Register by 5 pm, the Friday prior to the event to avoid a $5 late registration fee.
