Building a Business that Works

Description

This class will describe the pathway to building a business that works. It starts with the basic building blocks. When all the necessary building blocks are in place, they become the strong foundation for a business that is poised for healthy day-to-day operation and growth. Without them, your business may pay a high price in the form of frustration, disappointment, or overwhelm.

The building blocks establish ways to treat people well and honor their efforts while getting the good results everyone is there to get. That’s a win/win! A business should not depend on the owner or any one employee. The business owner should not be the glue that holds the business together. A business can reflect the values and high standards of the owner, while not depending on the owner. Putting systems in place is the way to ensure consistent results and a positive customer experience every time.
