Nonprofit Seminar: How to Avoid Common Nonprofit Pitfalls
Running a nonprofit, while a rewarding experience, can be quite challenging. Have you been discouraged? Do you sometimes feel like giving up? Learn some strategies and best practices to run your nonprofit more efficiently and keep your passion for doing good.
This 90-minute workshop will discuss the most common mistakes committed by small nonprofits. Learn how to manage your board, stay faithful to your vision and mission, budget enough for your projects and other tips to avoid mistakes that could be costly to your organization.
Attendee will also learn the difference between vision and mission (why a complete understanding of these concepts can help a non-profit avoid common pitfalls).
The last 30 minutes will be devoted to your questions.
