The Non-Negotiable Rules of Business Development
The Non-Negotiable Rules are a key dimension of the Stages of Growth. Failure to abide by the Rules results in stunted growth, backward movement, or worse. Divided into 6 functional areas of the business, they ensure companies grow proportionally.
In this class, you’ll learn about the Business Development Rules, focusing on the functions of a company that generates, sustains, and grows revenue. You’ll see the Rules that you’re currently facing, the Rules from the past that need to be addressed, and the Rules you’ll need to tackle as you grow.
