The Silicon Valley Business Connections (SVBC) Referral Group is a dynamic community where our expertise, referrals, and generosity fuel collective growth and professional success. We meet weekly to exchange referrals and build an understanding of each business.

Sylvia Oliverez, Be Well Insurance Solutions
Sylvia Oliverez brings 20 years of experience as a licensed broker (CA Lic. No. OB78529) and account manager in corporate employee benefits.
As a consultant/broker at AON Consulting, Sylvia served the needs of organizations ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small start-ups.
She has also been a marketing representative for Kaiser Permanente, United/Metra, Healthcare, Unum/Provident and the Saratoga Institute.
Sylvia holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics, and graduate certificates in public relations and human resource management and is a Board Member with the Silicon Valley Association of Health Underwriters, an organization of insurance professionals committed to promoting the ethical interest of our industry. We do this by providing continuing education for our members and their clients and act as consumer advocates with legislative leaders at both the Federal and State Level.
She is a certified fitness instructor with more than 30 years of active practice and brings this experience to the corporate wellness and educational services that Be Well Insurance Solutions offers its clients. Sylvia is fluent in both English and Spanish. Be Well Insurance Solutions is a state certified minority woman owned small business.
