Andrea Montes de Oca, Senior Human Resources Representative
Andrea serves as a Senior HR Representative where she has developed her HR generalist knowledge and leverages her bachelor’s degree in communication to bring value to client’s needs. She manages high volume request that include leave management, worker’s compensation claims, harassment claims, on-boardings, off-boardings, employee relations, and training programs.
