She has over 15,000 hours of professional training in performance, voice and speaking over the past 15 years including a B.A. in Acting from Emerson College and studying at the internationally renowned physical theater training institute, The Grotowski Center, in Poland. She has facilitated over 3,500 hours of classes, workshops and trainings internationally. From her background as a yoga and movement teacher, she infuses a somatic approach into her speaking coaching and presentations. She is now a WholeSpeak certified public-speaking coach, a Magnetic Speaking Trainer and a certified Big Impact Speaker through Mark Grainger and Shannon Law.
