Silicon Valley Chamber Referral Group Application

Thank you for your interest in joining one of the Silicon Valley Chamber’s referral groups. These groups are designed to help members build strong relationships, generate qualified referrals, and grow their businesses.

Our referral groups allow only one representative per business category to avoid overlap and ensure strong referral partnerships.
(Example: Residential Real Estate, Commercial Insurance, CPA, Mortgage Broker, Marketing Agency, etc.)
Referral Group Dues
$19 per month (Monthly Auto-Pay) OR $180 annually ($15/month equivalent – Annual Payment)
Auto-Pay Authorization (Required for Monthly Payment Option)
I authorize the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce to charge the payment method I provide for referral group dues based on the option I selected above. If I choose the monthly option, I understand that $19 will be charged automatically each month. If I choose the annual option, I understand that $180 will be charged once per year. I understand that cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice in accordance with Chamber policies. I also understand that failure to make payment may result in suspension of my referral group seat, and that annual payments are non-refundable if I choose to terminate my participation before the end of the term.
