Since our inception in 1989, Filice has grown into one of the largest independent employee benefits and insurance consulting firms in California. With a staff of over 100 licensed insurance professionals, HR consultants and case managers, we have the expertise to guide our clients’ businesses through changes brought on by health care reform, complicated retirement benefits and bonus structures, ever evolving employment law, and the rising costs of insurance. In response to health care reform, we have expanded our service to include a website dedicated to individuals that might fall outside of traditional group insurance plans.
