Isolation has taken on a whole new meaning for all of us this past year. We have been separated from our loved ones near or far. We have been restricted from doing the things we love outside while having to find ways to keep ourselves continuously entertained at home.
Another change is on the horizon as businesses and activities start to open up again and we resume some of our normal activities.
So, how do we successfully transition from being isolated at home to being comfortable in larger groups without overstressing ourselves? How do we keep self-care as a priority so we don?t fall back into unhealthy habits?

Lisa is a Wellness Coach and owner of Luna Wellness
Coaching, LLC.
She has helped women reclaim their power to stop the
yo-yo dieting and create a wellness lifestyle that
nourishes their minds and bodies.
She was featured in the San Jose Mercury News for
owning a Wellness Spa. Lisa has been invited to speak at
women's groups as well as corporations.
Her approach to being the healthiest version of one's self
is not focusing on calorie counting but focusing on what
are the thoughts and feelings around losing weight while
dealing with daily life stresses.
With the combination of her Masters in psychology and
being a certified wellness coach, as well as achieving her
weight loss, Lisa designed a roadmap for success.
